You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


 

Eligibility for Return

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and undamaged.

  • Packaging: It must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.


 

How to Start a Return

  2. Please do not send your item back until you have received confirmation and instructions from us. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

  3. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.


 

Return Shipping Costs

 

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when the return is due to a change of mind or an issue not related to a defect or error on our part (e.g., incorrect size ordered, buyer's remorse).

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item received, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.


 

Damages & Issues

 

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at tukanostreasures@gmail.com right away. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right for you, providing a prepaid return label if necessary.


 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature or customization:

  • Worn/Used Products

  • Custom Products: Such as special orders or personalized items.

  • Personal Care Goods: Including beauty products.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final sale.

  • Gift Cards

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.


 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 

If your merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging), and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.


 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
